Bikes, Balloons and BBQ will be at this years Poteau Balloon Fest in Poteau, Oklahoma. The Balloon Fest will be at the Leflore County Fairgrounds. The Balloon Fest begins October 21 at 4pm! Armbands to get into the festival are $3 in advance $5 at the gate.
